You should download new driver compatible with Windows 7 for your printer. Click here to download.

Note: Make sure your operating sytem is x86 or x64.

Run the install program again and select the option to uninstall all components to remove any partially installed programs and drivers.

Open a command prompt and type the following commands (one per line): regsvr32 atl.dll msiexec /unregister msiexec /regserver

Make sure the version of the software you are trying to install matches your OS configuration (32-bit driver/software for 32-bit OS, 64-bit for 64-bit). If you need to re-download the installer, save it to your computer. Don’t run it as a child process from the browser (don’t select the ‘run’ option instead of ‘save’.)

Re-run the installation.
