how to create Outlook Macro for Outlook 2010

sponsored ads

I need to put a signature or greeting that appears in every email that I send. In Microsoft Outlook 2010, I know I can use a macro to complete the task in a quicker way. Could you give me some detail steps? Thank you! Asked Feb, 25 2011

Hi, you can do as follows:
1.Press the Office logo button next to the Home tab and choose Options.
2.Select the section Customize Ribbon.
3.In the right pane, enable the selection field before "Developer".
4.Press OK to close the open dialog.
5.Done. Answered Dec, 04 2010

Hello,
A lot depends on how the add-in is written, and what is exposed to you. Set a reference to the add-in from within your VBA project, and you can call any of the macros within the add-in from within your code, so whatever macro is run by the ACT!History button should be available to your code.
