Well,I think you should open steam, then go to steam, click settings, then click interface, then use the drop down menu entitled "Select the skin you wish Steam to use".
Finally please restart Steam.

how to change skin of KIS 2011 into 2010 skin

go to > "skin folder"\layout\main.ini
edit "main.ini" with notepad or etc

to move "Quarantine, Report, Settings"
search for "[MainWindow_Header]" section
replace :

QUOTE

Settings = [IconLink2] f("MainFtr") subst(Icon(i("MainSettings")) ) a(rt) xy(17,34) onclick(window("OptionsWindow:" + s_Navigator2SettingsRedirection(ctl.Navigator.value))) extprm(1)

with :

QUOTE

Settings = [IconLink2] f("MainFtr") subst(Icon(i("MainSettings")) ) a(rt) xy(180,10) onclick(window("OptionsWindow:" + s_Navigator2SettingsRedirection(ctl.Navigator.value))) extprm(1)

to move "Info Area"

search for "[MainWindow_Navigator_Banner]" section

replace :

QUOTE

info_area = [MainWindow_Navigator_info_area] xy(324,62)

with :

QUOTE

info_area = [MainWindow_Navigator_info_area] xy(324,30)

reload the skin, i think need a little bit adjusment with that XY valu

Tried that, but it wants to install everything there, and in so doing deletes all my info- which i had backed up, thankfully.
