Right click on Start button and select Properties.
Click on Customize button.
Eet a new value for Number of recent items to display in Jump Lists option.

how to disable the frequent pages list of IE in windows 7

Hi, here is an easy way to make it. Start IE, click Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab -> check Empty Temporary Internet Files on Exit, and then delete them.
You can also change the setting. click Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> check -> Delete Browsing History on Exit.

Hey, to fix this problem, the following is very simple and quick.
1.Run the latest CCleaner and check "Recent Documents" and "Taskbar Jump Lists" as well as the others. This would help.
2. Delete all files at %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations and all files at %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations.

um you might wanna think twice about using Limewire. I repair computers for a living. And 9 times out of ten the people that use Limewire have viruses because of it. That's just my 2 cents. If you must download stuff I recommend using Vuze in conjunction with Demonoid/The pirate bay. Make sure you have good antivirus installed and you run it often. Also, read the comments of everything you download. It can warn you if it's suspected of having malware.

anyways, go to view/toolbars/ then deselect the toolbar.
