If the program is already running, right-click the program's button on the taskbar (or drag the button toward the desktop) to open the program’s Jump List, and then click Pin this program to taskbar.

If the program isn't running, click Start, find the program’s icon, right-click the icon, and then click Pin to Taskbar.

it is only working in win7. install win7. it is very cool. Answered Feb, 26 2011

Short answer: Nope, not possible.

Longer answer: The jump list for the Screensaver dialog doesn't allow for it to be pinned to the taskbar, probably as it is a system dialog and not an actual application. On the other hand, here's an easy way to remember where it is: Right-click the desktop and go to the bottom item in the list, labelled "Personalize". You can change the theme settings from here, including the screensaver (the right-most item on the bottom of the personalization window). Answered Nov, 25 2010
