how to play an unfinised downloading video in idm

I'm afraid that you can't make it !!
In IIDM you can't see unfinished file until they finished, but in orbit downloader you can see unfinished video and u can play with vlc.

Open Ida (internet download manager) thn click on download menu thn click on option thn click on file types there u wil find a box don't start downloading automatically from the following site down tht u wil find edit list option click on tht thn u wil add option in new pop up click on tht n give the address www.youtube.com or any other site which u want to stop automatic downloads
