how to remove recent from chrome

1. Launch your Google Chrome.
2. Right click your bookmark and select "Bookmark manager".
3. You can see all your bookmarks in the window.
4. Choose "Recently Added", and your recent bookmarks are listed on the right.
5. Select the bookmark you want to delete, then right click it. Choose "Delete".
6. If you want to delete all, press "Ctrl+A" to select all of them. Right click and choose "Delete".
7. Now you can see your recent bookmarks in Google Chrome are deleted.

If you put your mouse over the tab (without clicking) you should see a pin and an X pop up on the top corners. Click the X to delete the tab and it won't come back again. Use the pin to keep it permanently a tab. Answered Jun, 21 2011
