AeroWeather: Change Windows Aero by Weather

I hear a funny software which called AeroWeather. It is said the AeroWeather could Change Windows Aero by Weather. But, I don't know how to handle it... help me...thanks!!

I find when my cursor places over the Show Desktop button at the end of the Taskbar, Aero Peek will show the Desktop. But I want to change the delay time for Aero Peek to better meet my needs. The problem is how to do that.
