Solution

First, launch 3ds MAX 2009.
Click > > Standard Primitives > Box to draw a thin box.
Click > > Standard Primitives > Box to draw these smaller boxes.
Click > > Splines > Circle to draw the circle.
In panel, checked these two items as below.
In panel, add the FFD 3x3x3 modifier.
Please use Tool to adjust these Control Points as below.
Now, Let's create the material to render the model.
