I want to crop one of my picture to delete the useless part. Someone told me that IrfanView can help me do this. But I don't know the way in detail.

Solution

Launch your IrfanView.
Click button to open the picture you want to crop.
Click-and-hold the left mouse button and then drag the mouse to outline the area you want to crop. Release the mouse button when you have the size of image you want.
Then click 'Edit' and 'Crop selection'. You will get your cropped picture.
