Launch Ad-Aware and click on the "Switch to Advanced Mode" button:
Click on "Settings" button to disable Ad-Watch in Ad-Aware:
Switch to the "Ad Watch Live!" tab, uncheck all Ad-Watch Live! Modules and click on "OK" button to save changes:
Now, you have successfully disabled Ad-Aware Ad-Watch.
