  1. Press Win+R and input regedit to run the Registry Editor.

  2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System and right-click on the blank area,choose new,then choose DWORD Value to create a value named DisableTaskmgr.

  3. Double click on DisableTaskmgr and change Value data to 1,then press ok and close the Registry Editor.
