How to Edit hosts file
I heard that there is a hosts file in windows, it can control the TCP/IP, so I want to know how to edit hosts file?
Solution
- The hosts file is located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ Open it with notepad.
The hosts file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names.
Each entry should be kept on an individual line.
The IP address should be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
