How to Fix "Keyboard Shortcut Doesn’t Work" Problem in Google Chrome
If you come across "Keyboard Shortcut Doesn't Work", Chrome won't bring up the find box when you press "Ctrl + F". This problem has something to do with KatMouse, which is a utility that allows you to use your scroll wheel to scroll inactive windows. The problem is that scrolling the Chrome window with KatMouse may cause it to go inactive.

Solution
- Open KatMouse Settings.
Open KatMouse Properties Window - Switch to "Classes" tab.
Switch to Classes - Drag the icon on to your Chrome window.
Drag Icon To Chrome Window - You can see "Chrome_RenderWidgetHostHWND" class. Double-click it.
Double-click Class - Uncheck the item "Window has wheel scrolling support?" and click "OK".
Clear the Checkbox - Click "OK" to close the KatMouse Properties window.
- You should now have no trouble scrolling in Chrome.
