Solution
- When you come across "waiting for cache" error, a simple way to fix it is to clear the cache and restart the browser.
- Click on the "Wrench" in the upper-right corner of the toolbar, then choose "Options".

- Switch to "Personal Stuff" tab and you'll find "Browsing data" panel. Choose "Clearing browsing data...".
Clear Browsing Data
- Select "Empty the cache" and choose "Everything" in the item "Clear data from this period". Then click "Clear Browsing Data".

- Restart your Google Chrome and now the "waiting for cache" error is fixed.
