You can use a Windows registry hack to fix photoViewer.Dll Error in Windows 7.
- Click Windows 7 Start Orb, enter "RegEdit" in the search area.
- In Registry Editor, locate the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\jpegfile\shell\edit, expand it and delete the command sub-key.
- Exit the Registry Editor and restart computer.
