Solution

Download Windows 7 Wireless Connection Setting file (or here) and unzip it.
Open Start Menu -> Control Panel, click Administrative Tools.
Then double-click on Task Scheduler.
Click on the Import Task.
Find the Wifi(stop).xml you have downloaded and click Open.
Then click OK.
Follow from Step 4 to Step 6 for Wifi(restart).xml and then it is done.
