With iTunes 8, you can transfer the album artwork to your ipod.

Download and run Tuneup Componian. The iTunes window simultaneously pops up.
In the iTunes, clik the playlist you want to get free album artwork. Then Click the Find your missing album artwork link in Tuneup.
Tuneup will automatically find your missing Album Artwork. If it is the album artwork you look for, click the Save button.(Click the Save All button to get all the album artwork for the current playlist)
The album artwork appears in the itunes window.

Tips

Tuneup find the album artwork according to the ID3tag of music,so before finding the album artwork,right click the song and choose Get Info to make sure the information is correct.
