I know every computer with the internet connection has an IP address, according to this address, the others will easily find where you are from. Solution

To hide the real IP address, you need a proxy IP address, so find a valid proxy IP address first. There are many proxy lists on the website, such as: www.proxy4free.com http://www.easyhideip.com/home/index.php http://www.publicproxyservers.com and http://www.easy-hide-ip.com


  • Internet Explorer:
  1. Click Tools--> Internet Options

    Go to IE Options
  2. Click on Connections tab. If you use dial up connection, click Settings, if you use LAN connection, click LAN Settings.

  3. Dial up connection Settings: Select Use a proxy server for this connection (These settings will not apply to other connections), enter the proxy IP address. Click OK twice to close all settings window.

  4. LAN connection Settings: Select Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections), enter the proxy IP address. Click OK twice to close all settings window.

  • Mozilla Firefox:
  1. Go to Firefox settings, switch to Advanced tab, click Network, and next click Settings.

  2. Choose Manual proxy configuration, enter the proxy IP and exit all settings window.
