How to Show or Hide Ruler in Word 2010

I am using word to write a paper. However I am not familiar with this new version word 2010. Do u know How to Show or Hide Ruler in Word 2010? I'll be very thankful if someone can give me a step by step direction.

Solution

  1.  Open a Word file.
  2. On the Tools menu-->click "Options"
  3. Click the View tab.
  4. Under Print and Web Layout options-->select or clear the Vertical ruler (Print view only) check box.
