How to Mamage panels in Illustrator

I have just learnt how to start with illustrator and now I wonder how to add a move panel or add some kind of panel groups in order to make my working more conveniently. Any help is appreciated.

Solution

To manage panels in illustrator is quite simple for you, so let's do this:

When we get started, we turn to the Menu "Window", here we can choose to add different kind of panels.
Then we select some panels in preferences, and these panels will show up in your design area at a random place.
You can move the panels in wherever you want in the illustrator window by dragging.
If you want the icon in the right side of screen turn to panels, just through the Menu "Window > workspace > [panel] or [type]".
Also you can arrange the panels in the window and save them as a work space for yourself.
