Solution

  1.  First of all, we need to create a shortcut, for this purpose right click on blank space of desktop, goto New and click on Shortcut from context menu.

  2. Type: explorer.exe shell:RecycleBinFolder into text box of location and click on Next button.

  3. Give the name to shortcut and click on Finish button.

  4. Now, we can see the shortcut of Recycle Bin on Desktop.

  5. To make its better appearance, we change its icon. For this purpose, right click on shortcut and open it Properties. And then on the Shortcut tab, click on Change Icon and then click on OK.

  6. Now, the final step is to pin this into the Taskbar. Just right-click on the icon, choose Pin to Taskbar.
