How to Print Double-Sided Pages in Word
I am going to have an important exam in a few days. There are so many things to be gone over which is so much trouble if I just look through my book pages one by one. I want to print the most important points out with double-sided pages which is more convenient to bring with. But my printer is not a Duplex Printer. So I have to do some settings in Word.
Solution
- Open the document you want to print. Click File and choose Print.
- Now in the Print dialog box. Choose Odd pages to print first. Click Options button.
- Check the box in front of Reverse print order. The printer will print the pages in reverse for you. Then click OK button.
- Put the pages which has been one-side-printed into the paper drawer manually. Come to the Print dialog box. This time you choose Even pages. Click Options.
- Clear the box in front of Reverse print order. Click OK to start printing.
- Now you have printed double-sided pages in Word.
