I have used Windows 7 for several months, it's beautiful, powerful and reliable. However, the Help and Support link in Start Menu was disappeared a few days ago, and I cannot access it now... It's so troublesome for me. Is there any way to Restore Game link in Windows 7 Start Menu?

Solution

Group Policy is a feature of Windows 7, as well as earlier versions Windows NT systems. It is a set of rules which control the working environment of user accounts and computer accounts. In this case, you can use the utility to fix the issue.

Click Start orb, launch "gpedit.msc" in Windows 7 search field.
Navigate to "User Configuration ->Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar".
Double click "Remove Help menu from Start Menu" item on the right-side pane, change its status to "Disabled".
Click OK to confirm the configuration.
