How to Save PowerPoint Presentation as PDF file

Sometimes you want to save your presentation file into some special format like PDF and XPS. The following steps will tell you how to save Powerpoint presentation as PDF file.

Solution

  1. First you should visit the webpage http://www.microsoft.com/downloads for downloading Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS and then save it to your computer.

  2. And then install it to your Powerpoint step by step.
    install the add-in to your Powerpoint
  3. Then you should open Powerpoint and click on click on the office button button in the top left corner of the PowerPoint 2007 screen.Hover your mouse over "Save As" then click on "PDF or XPS".

  4. A PDF or XPS dialog box will popup to you. Select the folder to save the file and type a name for this new file in the File name.

  5. If you want to print the file with high quality, click "Standard" in the "Optimize for" section; and if you want to print the file in lower file size, click "Minimum size". And if you want to see the different options available for printing, click on the "Options" button.
