How to Update MBR to repair corrupted bootable problem

This tutorial will introduce Paragon Hard Disk Manager Professional edition as an example. If you have already installed it, please jump to step 5 and continue.

1. Attach the problem disk to another computer that is working properly.
2. Purchase or download the demo version of Paragon Hard Disk Manager Professional from its website.
   
3. Run the program setup, you will need to enter the Product Key and Serial Number to continue the commercial version of Paragon Hard Disk Manager Professional installation process.
   
4. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
   
5. Launch "Paragon Hard Disk Manager 2010 Professional" shortcut on desktop, click the "Full Scale Launcher" link in the lower left corner.
   
6. In Paragon Hard Disk Manager main window, choose the desired hard disk from "Partition List" label, and then select "Hard Disk > Update MBR" on the top menu bar.
   
7. Click Yes to close the dialog.
   
8. Back to the main window, don't forget to click on "Apply" button to commit changes.
